Day 11 - Etosha National Park 28/11/2017

Day 11 was a full day in the Etosha National Park by bus seeing so many animals especially at the water holes including dozens of elephants, zebras, giraffes, gnus, ostriches, different kind of antelopes, lions, hyenas and my highlight of the day a jackal killing a springbok baby which may sound awkward and scary for some but let's face it - it is more natural than (most) of us humans eating meat (well I do not).

There were actually people on our bus who screamed why no other springbok would help the little one (which they tried the first seconds but soon gave up realising it was of no avail) but these people then would eat kudo meat for dinner!

The other highlight were definitely the many elephants including seeing a max two week old baby elephant. I did see elephants in South Africa last year but not one so ickle and adoring!
It was certainly another amazing day.
